Pick who it is for (shrimp and dwarf crayfish, gobies and blennies, bettas and cories, plecos and axolotls, or eels and larger reef fish) and the openings are sized so the largest adult can turn around inside.
Sizes come from FishBase and published measurements, never from seller listings. The model refuses an opening too small for the animal, and every hole is either under 3 mm or big enough to pass through.
